Council Membership

"Membership in the Swatantra Human Rights Council is a privilege, not a right. All members must undergo strict verification of legal documents and background checks. Any misrepresentation of facts will lead to immediate expulsion and legal action."

Incident Reporting

"Users reporting incidents of human rights violations must provide factual and verifiable information. False reporting for personal vendetta or malicious intent is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities."

Code of Conduct

"All volunteers and members are bound by the Council's Code of Ethics. Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, non-violence, and respect for the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Constitution of India."

Intellectual Property

"All content, reports, research papers, and logos published on this website are the property of the Swatantra Human Rights Council. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent."
